Your access, usage of the Site and browsing, purchase of any product(s) available to you through the Site indicates your full understanding, acknowledgment and acceptance to the Terms & Conditions.
Before making any purchase, it is your responsibility to review the following Terms & Conditions. The purchase of any product(s) through the Site represents your (i) acceptance, compliance with, and agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, and (ii) that you have the right, authority, and capacity to abide by the Terms and Conditions.

By accessing or/and use of the Site, you represent and warrant that:

- All information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete;
- You are legally and financially responsible for access and/or use of the Site
- You do not use the Site for any illegal purposes
SECTION 3 - PRICE
Currency & Pricing
All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in the currency that is based on your choice for reference. All final prices upon checkout are based on USD.
In the event where an incorrect price is displayed, we have all right to refuse and cancel any order due to incorrect pricing.
Duties, Taxes & Custom Charges
Buyers are responsible for any/all duties, taxes and custom charges that may be incurred in their countries. The price payable from the Site does not include any/all duties and custom charges. Each country has its own regulation regarding the tax. Some countries are easy to import into, and have few restrictions and no taxes, while other countries are very restrictive and have high taxes. To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly recommend the buyers to learn the tax regulation of the destination country before purchasing from us.
SECTION 4 - PURCHASE
You may place an order with us by completing and submitting the order form on the Site. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. All orders will be deemed to be irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the Site, and we shall be entitled, but not obliged, to process such order(s) without your further consent and any further reference or notice to you.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion. Our acceptance of your order will take place when a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with us, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. Each fully-paid order accepted by us shall constitute a separate and individual contract governed by these Terms & Conditions (an "Order"). We will assign an order number to your Order when we accept your Order.
If we are unable to process your order, we will inform you of this. This might be because the product is out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because there may be an issue identified with your account due to credit and fraud.
Cancellation of Order
To cancel your order, please notify us at hello@jcojewellery.com within 12 hours after order has been placed. No cancellation will be accepted after the stipulated time period. This is because chances are that your order might have already been processed. In that case, we will not be able to make any changes.
Accepted cancellations will be refunded in the form of store-credit.
Cancellation & Exchanges during sale period
Cancellation and exchanges during sale period is not allowed.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS
Image
Product images may appear larger to show detailed view of the products. Always refer to the measurements before purchase. We cannot be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of product size.
Measurements
All measurements provided on the Site are measurements which were taken as accurately as possible. Minor variations in measurement is not considered a defect and cancellation of order due to such instance is not permitted.
Colours
When editing images for display on the Site, we always strive to produce the most realistic colours of the products. However, different people may perceive different colours as different devices renders colours differently. Such situations are not within our control and we cannot be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of colours.
SECTION 6 - PAYMENT
We accept payment using Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay & PayPal.
(Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
You can still pay using Credit/Debit Card even if you do not have a Paypal account.

Note: All transactions are done securely via our payment gateways. We do not have any access to any Credit or Debit Card information.
SECTION 7 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Mailing Address
Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address.
Please ensure address is correct. If you will like us to ship to another address, please contact us at hello@jcojewellery.com immediately after purchase is made. Change of address is not allowed once the parcel has been shipped.
Verification & Authorisation of Payment
All orders will only be processed after payment is verified and cleared.
Processing of orders
We aim to dispatch all customer orders in 2 - 4 business days, with the exception of weekends. For festive season and public holidays, order dispatch may take up to 3 - 5 days in these cases.
Shipping Method & Duration
We offer the lowest Flat Rate International Air Mail shipping fees at only USD3.80 for the first item and additional USD0.50 for every additional item.
Express shipping via DHL Worldwide Express shipping is available.
For rush orders or special occasions such as Wedding, Birthday, Bridal Shower, Christmas, we highly recommend that you purchase your order at least 6 - 8 weeks in advance or purchase DHL Worldwide Express shipping to reach you in a good time.
Important Notes:
- Shipping duration for international shipment is estimated.
- Custom clearance can affect delivery time depending on different destinations. We will not be able to refund for delay due to custom clearance, weather conditions or postal service. These instances are unfortunately beyond our control and we will not be able to refund the order.
- Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may be incurred.
- Please always order in advance for any special occasion for the parcels to reach you in good time.
If parcel does not reach within the shipping period, please email to hello@jcojewellery.com with your updated shipping address and contact number to facilitate our checking of your parcel.
Parcel Tracking
You will receive an ‘Order Shipped’ notification once your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel with the given parcel tracking number at https://ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track/ or http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html
SECTION 8 - BOUNCED / RETURN PARCELS
In any case if mail is unclaimed after a stipulated time by the post office and is returned to us, it is the buyer’s responsibility and will have to pay for the additional shipping, inclusive of purchases using free shipping promotion code. A package returned to us by the post office as undeliverable or unclaimed, or a package refused by the addressee for any reason or a parcel with wrong address furnished, is not an authorized return. As such, it may not be eligible for a refund of the cost of merchandise, at our discretion.
SECTION 9 - EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
In the interest of hygiene and for protection of all customers, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from exchanges and returns. This exclusion arises from Health and Safety consideration and to prevent spread of possible infections.
For non-pierced jewelry, we welcome exchange or return if you change your mind. All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit and communicated within 1 week of receiving the parcel. Please email to our CS team at hello@jcojewellery.com for return/exchange for non-pierced jewelry.
Guidelines for Return Mail For Exchange / Return of Item
Please note that the return postage back to us will be borne by buyer, in the case of an approved exchange case.
- Please ensure that the item is in original condition, original plastic packaging and in original gift box.
- It should be mailed in a sturdy envelope to prevent any damage in transit.
- Mail the parcel with registered tracking number to ensure delivery of return parcel
The shipping fee for exchanged item(s) back to buyer will be borne by the buyer.
If there are any unforeseen circumstances whereby the earrings need to be exchanged/returned, please refer to the following.
Incorrect Item Received
If you believe you have received the wrong item, contact us at hello@jcojewellery.com with the email titled “Incorrect Item Received - [Insert Order ID]”. Together with this e-mail, please provide us with your Order ID and a clear snapshot of incorrect product received.
Defective Item Received
If you believe you have received a defective item, contact us at hello@jcojewellery.com with the email titled “Defective Item Received - [Insert Order ID]”. Together with this e-mail, please provide us with your Order ID and a clear snapshot of the defect followed by a detailed description of the defect.
Upon receiving your email, our Customer Care Officer will help on your case.
SECTION 10 - GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are valid for a year, and are strictly non-refundable and non-extensible. Gift Cards are to be redeemed in a single transaction.
SECTION 11 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may collect, use and disclose personal data that you provide to us to supply the Product to you, process your payment for the Product, to send you newsletters if you have registered for our mailing list, and other specified purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
SECTION 12 - REVIEWS & FEEDBACK
Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Terms & Conditions or on the Site, anything that you submit or post to the site and/or provide J&CO Jewelry, including, without limitation, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, “Submissions”) is and will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary, and by submitting or posting, you agree to irrevocably license the entry and all IP rights related thereto (excluding the moral rights such as authorship right) J&CO Jewelry without charge and J&CO Jewelry shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. All Submissions shall automatically become the sole and exclusive property of J&CO Jewelry and shall not be returned to you and you agree not to raise any dispute in connection with any use of the entry by J&CO Jewelry in the future.
You warrant that your Submissions, in whole or in part, are clear and free of any IP right infringement, disputes or third party claims. J&CO Jewelry assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright or any other rights of third parties by you. You undertake to defense for and indemnify against any losses caused due to the use of the entries for any purposes.
In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the site, you also grant J&CO Jewelry the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other Content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments, and other Content that you post on this site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other Content by J&CO Jewelry will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. The JCO Jewelry Pte Ltd mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by JCO Jewelry Pte Ltd (“JCO Jewelry Pte Ltd”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to JCO Jewelry Pte Ltd’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of JCO Jewelry Pte Ltd through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
