1) Place the hoop in between both hands, with your thumb and index fingers of both hands holding each side of the hoop (the opening of the hoop should be facing you).
2) Give it a slight twist by bending right hand up and left hand down. Stop when the opening is big enough for your lobe.
3) Place the hoop in your ear and twist back, aim to make sure that the pin slips into the tube of the hoop.
